Donna Hendryx

Donna came recommended by a friend, who is her neighbor.She listed my house which sold immediately. She took us looking at houses for two days and then told us we were on our own. I had to scrape and dig for our next house which WE found, with lots of endless work. She told us we had to have an inspection done that was not necessary and WE had to pay for. THEN only offered to pay for half of the fee, which she said she had no record of the amount and drug her feet on paying. She is the professional and we look to her to be the professional and that did not happen. She tells us we are falling behind the buyers of our house so I pay extra to speed up my appraisal on the new house, just to find out the buyers were actually falling behind when their appraisal took extra long to come in, so this was a waste of money. She told our friend that she would pay her a finders fee for anyone she sent to her, but that has yet to happen, and as I understand, is illegal to do. She came and left on my door, the check for half of the bad inspection fee, which I still feel she should have paid all of , since she is the professional that we paid dearly for her to lead us the correct way. It also included a gift card for Applebee's. We get to Applebee's and when the bill came the card only had $11 on it. Are you kidding me? This didn't even cover my dinner, little own my husbands. THEN I had to transfer the warrantee on the heat pump system this week. Stupid Trane asked for a closing documents with buyer and seller signatures which the title company tells me they don't have, but the realtor would have. I call Donna to see about getting a copy and she informs me that she only has time to take care of new customers and can't be bothered with me. This is by far, the worst transaction I have ever been a part of, and I have bought and sold many houses. I would never use her again. She dropped the ball every chance she got.
