Issued a license to sell real property in Maryland in February of 1989. As a full time agent Doug has prepared hundreds of Competitive Market Analysis reports for Kent and Queen Anne County residents. Doug, year to year, has maintained a multi-million dollar sales volume. He Obtained Maryland Salesperson license in February 1989. Graduate REALTOR Institute(GRI) in November 2005. Completed over 135 hours of continuing education in the last licensing period(10 hours required). Completed Accredited Buyer Representation course in October 1996. Obtained Maryland Associate Broker license in July 2006. Obtained Broker license in September 2008. Doug opened his own office, Doug Ashley REALTORS, LLC in October of 2008. He is a Member of National Association of REALTORS, Maryland Association of REALTORS and the Bay Area Association of REALTORS. Past member of the Board of Directors of the Kent County Board of REALTORS. Past Chairperson of the Education Committee and a Current member of BAAR board of Directors.
