Sold us the Porperty at 2530 Windsor Rd, well he didn’t disclose the fact he closed up a basement door at settlement. He didn’t get permits to have the basement door closed up. He cinder blocked the doorway up, did a horrible job at waterproofing the doorway and covered it up with sheetrock. Now the basement floods when it rains. Sneaky and shady. Be very careful, he’s all about the money and not the customer. We have taken this compliant to the Real Estate Commission.
