Since we weren't there he made sure he was there for the inspection. He negotiated successfully for us for those things needing fixing/repair from the inspection. He communicated regularly with the sales agent to ensure all was repaired. I would recommend him absolutely. He had our best interest at heart. Did a great job. I truly appreciate all he did.
