Doug and Ellen were wonderful. Three of us, brother, sister and myself, were selling my dad's home. Prior to listing the house we interviewed three realtors, and chose Doug. He was very open in telling us what needed to be taken care of before we put the house on the market. We did what he suggested. Ellen "staged" the house and did a wonderful job. We had one buyer, that I think got cold feet and backed out of the deal. Doug handled everything and we moved on. The house was sold in a short amount of time. We got close to the asking price and the period of time to closing was very reasonable. Both Ellen and Doug are very personable and professional.

Doug and his team were thoughtful, kind, and professional. Given the circumstances of my mother's passing and need to sell her home, Doug guided me through the process with expertise and understanding. The house sold quickly and I could not have asked for a better real estate team during this difficult time for my family. Doug DeMar and his team are top notch!

Doug took good care of selling our house as we made an out-of-state move. He allowed us to use his address to return an item that should not have been moved, and returned the item to the house before it sold. He was very helpful throughout the selling process.
