Douglas Macartney

Doug MacArtney is a Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker’s flagship Central DuPage office in Wheaton. This is a newly established office hub for a wide community of agents designed to centralize services and bring best practices under one roof. Doug brilliantly guides the efforts of this large group with Peggy Kozak. Their guiding principle is “working together to achieve individual goals.” Doug is a highly communicative, detail and solution oriented leader. He is committed to growing his agents’ business through technology. As such, he practices what he preaches by leading with group and private workshops. Many at Coldwell Banker fondly refer to him as “Dot Blue Doug” because he is a specialist on our proprietary electronic documentation system called “Dot Blue.” Doug knows how time sensitive this business can be and prides himself on being responsive and taking action.
