As first time buyers we couldn't have been in better hands. Dulce was patient and honest throughout the entire process, from finding the home in a location that we both liked to the closing, even going out of her way to make sure that all the utilities were transferred properly and when the seller was being unreasonable at closing she was the one who was able to bring the negotiations to a place where we all agreed. Working with Dulce was a great experience and I would recommend working with her to anyone of my friends.
