The house was a complete fixer upper, but I could see it’s potential so I took a leap of faith and purchased the home and started the remodeling process right away. I did a little along learning with each project. It took about a year and the house was finished. I remember sitting on the sofa after I completed that last project and thinking now what? That is when the light bulb went off! I will sell it and do it again! My family and friends thought I was crazy after all the hard work I poured into my home.
