Regardless of the city, Earl would travel, put in the work, find out preliminary information, give us the good and bad, and listened to what we wanted. One of the best things about Earl is he likes to negotiate and he did a great job getting us results without scaring off the seller. We must've looked at around 20 houses before we found the one, we wanted.We put an offer down on a higher priced home and cancelled the offer while negotiating the seller's terms for acceptance, and Earl supported us the whole time. That's what really impressed us because he wasn't just after the money, he really wanted us to be happy with our home. We met Earl by accident and everything seems to have worked out the way it was supposed to."

He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire area and his insight was invaluable to finding a nice home that I could afford in a safe place. He was very polite but informed me of any potential problems with the house and area. I really felt he had my best interest at heart. Following his advice got me a great home with minimal pain on my part. I can't tell you how many homes he showed me all over town before I found the one, I wanted. He made the offer process as painless as possible and once it was accepted, he took care of all the rest too. He did all the work behind the scenes. Making appointments and making sure deadlines were met. All I had to do was tell him what I wanted and sign some forms along the way. His negotiating expertise got me my home at a great price, with more seller concessions/repairs than I could have hoped for, and everything was done in a timely manner. The market is hard right not, and my experience won't be the same for everyone. That being said, I would wholeheartedly endorse Earl if you are look for a fantastic agent to help you find your new home."
