About Ed Franklin

Hi. I'm Ed Franklin, a forty year native of East Tennessee. I am a two tour Viet-Nam veteran who was introduced to my work ethic on a small farm in South Carolina. Sun up to sun down. I find it truly a pleasure first and foremost working with the first time or limited capacity buyers. Secondly, I find it extremely rewarding aiding in the process of securing transitional housing for the elderly as they take their final step in life's journey. The reward is simply heartfelt and becomes a memory of a lifetime. My wife and I started our company 15 years ago as we saw a need for a full service Real Estate agency that would provide ethical service above all else. I have a banking background (vice-president of First Tennessee Bank, Dandridge) which gives me the financial knowledge to help both buyers and sellers make it through the sometimes confusing Real Estate process. Through the years I have continued my educational needs as the market changes constantly and we must change with it. I embrace change and challenge alike. I have a broad expertise in land, farm, residential, multi-family, commercial and planned development real estate. I look forward to being of service to any and all.
