I used Ed to sell my home in Cary in 2012. I was pleased and recommended him to several friends who also used him. In August 2016, I used Ed to sell my mother's townhome. It was a unique home as it was a ranch (very rare in Cary) and on a quiet lake with a nice view right in the middle of Cary (great location). I talked to several realtors who didn't think I could sell the house for more than $194k. Ed thought that since there were no other ranch townhomes on the market and only a few homes under $200k, that we should list it for $199k. We had 3 offers all over the listing price the 1st day! I could not have been happier. Ed was very responsive and great to work with.
