Eden and her team have been awesome during and after the home buying process. My husband and I signed a contract in April but ran into several issues during home building process. But Eden was always there to handle our questions and concerns with expertise. She was able to expertly negotiated with the builder and their agent to compensate us for their mistakes when we went to the selection studio. This was a huge relief for us because we made the mistake of buying our first home without an agent 10 years and got the rug pull from us by the builder. Even after moving into our home, Eden and her team have called, email and texted us to check in and make sure we are happy with the home buying experience and to ensure we are getting the proper follow up on open items from closing. This was my first time going through the home buying process. I was referred to Eden by a co-worker. Immediately after reaching out to Eden, she scheduled a time for us to meet to discuss the entire process from start to finish. Eden was an incredible realtor! We dealt with a difficult builder but Eden stayed with us every step of the way. The builder promised certain aesthetics and did not deliver but Eden went to bat for us (not taking no for an answer) all the way up to top management before getting us several thousand dollars of building comps!
