About almost 5 years ago, Mr. Resendiz helped my parents get a house in a nice spot in Santa Ana. He was very efficient and not too long ago he also helped us refinanced our house, he helped us out a lot and we are very appreciative of him. Thanks Mr. Resendiz we finally have a place to call home.

I'm a first time home buyer and did not know what I was doing. I was really lucky to have found Jessica. She is very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through all the processes. Jessica is also very responsive, and is always available 7 days a week to help with anything. We submitted multiple offers to different houses, and all of them were accepted. I absolutely LOVE TK! I have adopted him into my family! I was in the market for a home for myself and my two small children and TK literally held my hand through the whole process. TK was very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. Looked at properties with me with a view of the present and the future, helping me to be realistic about needed upgrades to possible homes, local school districts for my kiddos over the next 5 years, whether a home would work well for my family, etc. Once we found a home that I loved, TK helped me set expectations regarding placing an offer, negotiated expertly with the selling agent, and during escrow was very knowledgeable about the finance side of things even though that's not the job of an agent (so going above and beyond to ensure that my interests were protected). All the way through to the close of escrow and receiving the keys to my new home I found TK to provide excellent customer service, he kept me motivated to buy in my dream area (and we got it!) and fought for me and my interests the whole way through. I am telling everyone I know about TK! This is my second home buying experience (the first I did not work with an agent) and TK helped me to really understand the importance of having a realtor who's looking out for my best interest as a buyer. Call him TODAY! I plan to keep my business with him whenever I'm in the market for another move (which won't be for a long while because I absolutely LOVE my new home! It is truly a dream home for my family.)

My experience with Miguel as a realtor was very positive. Coming in as a first time buyer, I was very nervous. When we entered the housing market in January, we were totally unaware of its fast pace and the necessity to get involved in a bidding war. Through Zillow, we were linked to Nagla when I placed an inquiry on a home. Nagla was able to get us into our first house of interest even though there were already numerous bids. Though we did not win the bidding war on that home, she was very active in helping us navigate the bidding process. We quickly found another home that was much more interesting and though the sellers had narrowed bids down to the top 4, she was able to get us in for a walkthrough.
