Edson Salas

Edson grew up in El Paso Texas, at age 19 he moved to Phoenix with $500 and a beat up Dodge Neon to go to college and pursue his dream of one day becoming a CIO for a technology company. After receiving his B.S. in Networking and Telecommunications Management, Edson worked for one of the biggest home builders in the country as a Network Administrator. After about two years the builder began downsizing as a result of the housing market crash and he was laid off. With not much luck finding a good job in the technology field, a 3 month old baby girl, and a new mortgage, he began calling friends to help him find a job. A friend invited him to join his real estate team as a buyer's agent, with not many other options he accepted.
