Edwin Legaspi

I love my job and my enthusiasm shows when I work with you. Over my career in real estate, I'm about 50% buyers and 50% sellers, and I like that balance. By representing buyers, I'm out there checking out listings and writing offers, and then, when it comes time to represent sellers, I'm current on what buyers's ever changing wants and needs are. I like to think that I strike the balance with having a very analytical mind (I have a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Davis) balanced with being very approachable and personable. I'm very involved with our local association of REALTORs which is important as this is a "people person business" and I know most of the active agents in the area, which helps my clients a great deal because, most likely, I will know or have met every player our transaction.
