I just wanted to reach out to you and extend my great appreciation for all youve done for me and my family. When I came into your office I never thought I would walk out a homeowner. When I came in I didnt know what to expect because I was not sure where I stood credit wise and knew I still had a few things to take care of to move forward. I was advised by Eddie on how I would not know unless I tried, I said youre right, Im nervous but lets go for it. With a few quick questions and a phone call to the lender I was well on my way. My family and I closed a month sooner than we expected. We were in our new home before my birthday, my two childrens birthdays, and we celebrated Thanksgiving in our new home. I have so many things I am thankful for and blessed at that, but I needed to add one more blessing to the list and that is Eddie. Eddie walked us through everything. He was a huge impact at the design center, with any and every question I had, and at the closing to ensure I was not alone in the most important process..getting my keys!!!! I cant express my gratitude and appreciation enough to him, not only was he a wonderful asset to this entire process, He is now a dear friend of my family!!!

Eddie was the utmost professional to work with when purchasing my new home through Regency. Going into the process of buying a new home, everyone told me what a hassle that it could be but Eddie made it completely smooth and stress free. With his knowledge and experience in both the building and real estate industry, he answered all of my questions very thoroughly and in an extremely timely fashion.
