E.J. Hawkins has a passion for his clients, family, and community that runs deep in his veins. Born into a family that once owned the most land in South Los Angeles, E.J. grew up witnessing how intertwined real estate was with everyday life. He began managing his family’s retail and multi-family properties at the age of 18, and when he became aware of the direct impact real estate had on his community, he knew he’d found his calling. E.J. quickly transitioned into sales and investing, and eventually to an array of development projects in Los Angeles County and across the U.S. By 2003, he had become known for his client-focused service and was already a top producer, a title he has consistently maintained throughout his career.
