Elisabeth is the most amazing realtor you can ask for: knowledgeable, professional and easy-going, great negotiator, and have client best interest at heart. My wife and I are first time home buyers with very limited knowledge about home buying. Elisabeth was very patient and took her time to really understand what we are looking for in our ideal home. She is very knowledgable about Acton, Concord, Boxborough areas, and offered us plenty of valuable advices from builder's perspective. Elisabeth offered her honest opinions, without being pushy, which we really appreciated. She is a great negotiator, we had over 3 rounds of bidding after placing the initial offer. She provided us great analysis and strategies. She is super responsive and will text or get on a call with you even if it’s really late. Overall Elisabeth is an experienced realtor and great negotiator, and is so great to work with! We were so lucky to have her represent us as buyer agent. We will not hesitate to have her and her team as our agent again.
