For almost 20 years, I have worked in Lake County real estate helping clients buy, sell and improve their homes. Much of my work with Sellers is during the weeks and months prior to the first showing. In addition to reviewing comparable home sales history, I help clients see their home from a buyer's point of view. We rearrange furniture and accessorize often without spending money, advice on what items to store or toss, and refer contacts for repairs, painting and house cleaning. Depending on how long a seller has lived in a home, several visits may be made and the "to do" list is re-prioritized. My goal with Buyers has always been to make a "smart buy"- one with a good location that needs little work but offers the best resale.
