I'd never used a realtor before. I honestly didn't think they were worth the money. That changed when I worked with Liz Ruvo. She was worth every penny, for sure. Liz was dedicated, professional, and honest in helping me find an apartment for me and my kids. It's not enough to say that she showed me a lot of places. She did much more than that. For example, she was upfront when she thought one place was lacking in one way or another. She called out special units that she thought would fit my situation (and she was right). She was in my corner at all times, fighting for me -- but never pushing. Liz helped me find the perfect place for me and my family. She was excellent with all communication, and I highly recommend her.

Liz Ruvo did a great job selling my house and made the whole process so quick and easy. She is savvy, efficient, responsive and energetic. I was busy starting a new job in the city, and really couldn't focus on the sale. She did everything - from overseeing painters and repairs before the house went on the market, to supervising inspections and all the details afterwards. Her staging of the house was very appealing, and her good cheer, sensitivity and humor made the project a breeze.

First off - we cannot recommend Liz higher if you are looking for a home in the Montclair area. She seems to know everything about the town and its surrounding areas, which was incredibly helpful for us coming from Brooklyn. Liz was incredibly attentive and responsive, and truly listened to our needs and wants. She was able to find the perfect home for us. This is our fourth real estate transaction, and Liz was by far the best professional we have worked with. This was our most seamless and enjoyable purchase to date. If we were to buy or sell in this area again, we would use Liz without hesitation.

Liz is likely the best at her job than anyone I have encountered - and it would be a very high bar for someone to surpass her performance. There are three reasons for this. First, Liz intrinsically understands what great customer service is all about. She is not just a service provider, she is your partner. She is available and responsive, listens to what you're looking for, and is incredibly proactive in helping to manage a bewildering process. Second, she is a trusted advisor (has a network of people who can help) and thinks strategically about the purchase. Finally, she has empathy and compassion for the complex and emotional road to finding the right house. Highly recommended.

As first-time home buyers moving to an entirely new area, we truly could not have had a better experience than working with Liz Ruvo. Liz truly helped us with absolutely every step of the purchasing process from A to Z. She was exceptionally patient as we tried to identify the type of home we were looking for, as well as the location where we would like to reside. Liz was remarkably able to set us up with the perfect lawyer, mortgage lender, home inspector, and insurance agent to meet our specific needs. Now that we have closed on our house, Liz continues to support us by letting in painters, carpet cleaners, etc. while we are still living a few hours away prior to our official move in date. Working with Liz was really a complete home buying experience; she guided and supported us in every aspect of the process. We truly cannot thank her enough or recommend her services more highly!
