Words can not describe how pleased and fortunate we are to have gone with Rick and Ellen Griffith. They are a wonderful team and operate with a fantastic group that made our first-time home buying experience as stress-free as could be. Rick was our go to guy for looking at properties. He had this incredible knowledge about all things related to buildings; both interior and exterior. He displayed knowledge in all aspects like electrical, interior design, building foundation/inspection, plumbing, etc. He was very upfront with us and helped us see the flaws in a property that at first glance, would have gone undetected. He had knowledge of neighborhoods and buildings that we should avoid, all due to his years of experience and knowledge in the real-estate business. Ellen was our biggest advocate. Our purchase would not have been possible without her. She fought like hell for us, and was very aggressive in making sure we were getting a good deal. Whether she was negotiating with the listing agent, escrow, loan agent, or the bank, we always came out on top. She held our hand and took us through the whole process. Ellen went truly above and beyond our expectations. She answered all of our calls, regardless of time or day. She would meet with us repeatedly and take us to see anything we wanted to. I truly can not recommend Rick Griffith and Ellen Griffith enough. I will refer them to everybody I know.

He has very soft personality and he never gets tired. He has lots of energy and moreover he will tell you based on his experience what problems different properties would have and what are important things to consider. I cannot say enough about this dynamic duo. They not only helped us find our dream home but also listed/sold our condo in record time. The work ethic of these two is beyond compare. I bought my first house in March of 2016! Ellen was referred to me by a friend and I immediately liked her. She is no nonsense, knowledgeable, and responsive. Ellen is excellent in listening to what needs are important to you and then moving in concert with you to get them met. I'm a single mother and she completely understood that my plate is full. During negotiations she solved problems before hand and presented me with solutions that worked for my life. A skill that I don't often encounter, but is priceless. She made home buying a completely relaxed experience and I highly recommend her to anyone!

My wife and I met Ellen 13 years ago when she helped us buy our first house. She did an amazing job walking us through the process, and being our advocate in the negotiation process. She also helped us buy our second house 5 years ago, and once again did a spectacular job getting us the house for 10% below the asking price. This year we once again connected with Ellen and Rick, as we sought to sell house #1 (we had been renting it out).
