Ellen was fantastic in helping us buy our first home! We had a specific list of things we were looking for (like most buyers) and Ellen helped us identify those homes that fit our expectations and our budget. She talked us out of getting into crazy bidding wars (thank you, Ellen) and helped us put in an accepted offer on a house after just a few weeks of looking. When the inspection came back with some previously unknown issues, she did not pressure us to buy the house anyway. Instead we walked away and she got back to work! She helped us find another place that ended up taking months to close with a less-than-ideal seller and she was on top of the process every step of the way. She helped us negotiate some important seller concessions. If and when we go through the new or second home process again, I will absolutely work with Ellen. I dont think we would be where we are today without her. Oh, and by the way, she is genuinely a nice person and quite funny!

Ellen was recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law, who relocated to Massachusetts a few years ago. When we decided to move to Massachusetts ourselves, Ellen was the logical choice. But she was more than just a real-estate agent. If we needed anything, Ellen was there to handle everything. She couldn't have been friendlier or nicer or more helpful. When we needed professionals to check into issues on some houses, Ellen had great people to recommend. And that was true of every service we needed along the way--mortgage, insurance, etc. Ellen put us in touch with qualified (and always nice) professionals for everything we needed, so we never felt like there were things we didn't know how to handle. And because we were coming up to look at houses from out of state, she would always clear her calendar so she could take the time we needed (often the entire day) to look at all the houses we were interested in. I honestly can't say enough good about Ellen and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
