It is my biggest goal as a Realtor to make the process of buying or selling a home feel as simple as possible. At the end of every transaction I want my clients to feel like I took care of everything I possibly could have. For buyers that means touring houses on broker tour and sending them recommendations, connecting with other agents in order to be aware of off-market opportunities, and providing comprehensive market analysis and strategy when offering on a home. For sellers I coordinate all aspects of prepping their home for sale, from providing design advice to meeting vendors, as well as comprehensive market analysis and recommendations on strategic pricing in order to garner the highest price possible for their home.
