It was amazing how quickly and professionally you worked up the comps, had them emailed immediately and FedEx in hard copy by the next day. Your work was professional and thoughtful. I appreciated how you called Hong Kong twice to keep the ball rolling. The only time throughout the transaction I felt upset was at the title signing.
