Emma Yue

Emma was completely unprofessional. Very poor response, no effort in the negotiation process, when we finally close on the property we asked her to take care of trash that was left inside the property by the previous tenant (The property was leased prior to the sell). This was not just a little bit of trash, tenant left all the remaining trash from their moving process was left in the backyard (at least 7 or 8 bags). Emma was representing her clients that live outside of the USA. She should have been more diligent with this matter. She was responsible for receiving the property from the tenants in the first place before completing the sale. She gave us the wrong information about the trash pick up date and once the closing was done, she did not care to even answer her phone. Extremely unprofessional and flat out disrespectful.
