This is a beautiful Southwest Florida area that boarders on the Gulf of Mexico, north of Fort Myers and south of Sarasota. I service all of Charlotte County, Desoto County and South Sarasota County. Originally from West Granville, Massachusetts, I came to Southwest Florida in 1961 and have been a Florida Realtor since 1975. It has been quite an adventure getting to work with buyers and sellers as they buy or sell their Florida homes and property. In the 1980s I spent a few years with Alliance Mortgage Company and become a vice president over a nationwide inventory of REO and Loss Mitigation. I was able to work with Realtors all over the country as we sold bank owned properties. In 1989 and 1990 we decided to sell a large inventory of homes in the "oil state" using on-site auctions, caravan style. It was a quite a experience to launch this auction event with Daye Realtors and Auctioneers from Louisiana. The auction was a great success and it was wonderful to work with a profes
