Eric Avdee and Keller Williams are in the business of contacting you unsolicited to give you a low-ball offer on your house. He's a typical frat boy who muddled through college, eventually graduating with a shyster degree in public policy (That's political science for underachievers), so now he's a real estate agent (not a realtor) preying on less savvy home owners. Do yourself a favor, call a legitimate realtor. Steer clear of Mr. Avdee and Keller Williams realty.
