We had selected Eric Boehm to perform a multiple transaction (sell/ Buy) and in short, his team was beyond amazing. I was shocked at my discovered effort put into selling and buying homes. I had no idea of how much work went into these creative thought out offers and paper negotiations. The experience was eye opening and very comfortable considering how much patience was demonstrated educating my wife and I. He sold our house very quickly with a terrific marketing campaign and he negotiated our offer on the new purchase with integrity and bar raising due diligence. He coordinated everything and treated us like family the entire time. Eric was referred to us by a neighbor who used his services for sale of his townhouse and was quite impressed with his sound advice and negotiating skills.
