Eric Brooks

Eric lives, works and plays in the DMV. A lifelong resident, he has watched Bethesda change from car dealerships to Bethesda Row. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a business degree, he spent many years with Risk Metrics Inc. providing financial firms compliance and risk solutions programs. It was during this time he honed his organizational and negotiation skills. Eric made the move to real estate in 2009 and never looked back. He delivers first-class customer service and clear communication during every step of the process, and especially loves working with clients to find their dream homes. In his free time - Eric can be found at a Montgomery County Road Runner race or kayaking at Great Falls (15 time participant of the Great Falls Race). Eric is also a member of Team River Runner, a non-profit organization, which gives active duty service members and veterans an opportunity to find health and healing through whitewater boating and other paddling sports. Eric and his wife, Kathleen live in Potomac MD with their daughter and son.
