You will be his priority. Not only did he find the perfect home for my family, but upon my having to relocate, he was just as amazing listing and selling our home. Eric sets the gold standard in his profession as a Realtor. He goes far beyond the call of duty in every aspect of assisting you to buy or sell a home. He found our dream home and then took over the selling of our existing home. Eric's wife, Janice, even gave freely of her time and expertise to help us stage our home. Eric DeRosa was an excellent agent for us during a very trying time. He was our agent for our deceased mother's condo. He and his wife made an excellent team. Janice provided us with a list of suggestions to update the condo which was spot-on. We followed her suggestions and then Eric listed the property. We received the highest price in the neighborhood for the condo and sold it, receiving 5 offers, in less than 24 hours. Eric was very respectful of our feelings in selling our mother's home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric DeRosa. He really took the time to listen to us and get a feel for what we were looking for in a house and took the time to answer all of our phone calls, emails, and texts ASAP even if it was after 5pm. When we were looking at houses and considering putting an offer in on what is now our home, he had no problem taking us to see the house multiple times and never rushed us or pressured us into everything. He even brought his wife Janice (who is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to home buying and interior design) just so that we could get another opinion on different updates and modifications we could do to the home. Eric made everything so easy and stress-free for us, whether it was putting in the offer, handling the inspections, negotiating repairs, and making sure we were all set for closing and move in.
