I had a great experience. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, high integrity, loves what he does, and works hard for his clients. He helped get the home staged and suggested repairs/improvements that would get the home sold faster... and we were under contract in less than 3 weeks. Hiring an Agent is not always an easy thing. Eric came highly recommended so we decided to let him handle our sale. We agreed on a price that he thought would work for what was going on in the market. A few weeks before we were listing Eric called me up and suggested that we increase our asking price based on what the market was doing. I was worried that I did not want to over price the house and then have to lower it later. He felt confident that the increase would be justified so we went with that. Our house sold in three weeks for more than we were expecting!! Never experienced that insight from any other agent we have dealt with!!
