Eric Greene was professional and very good at what he does. He managed selling two of our properties in 5 months. Each sold within a week of putting them on the market, for MUCH more than what we listed. He was very considerate of our time and family. He found the perfect place for us to transition into before retirement, purchased that residence, sold ours and sold a place to the owner of the residence we bought. He worked tirelessly to make sure all three; (our sale and purchase, the purchase of the a home for the person we were buying from and assisting the new owners of our home) closed at the same time, so everyone could move into their new place seamlessly. He communicates everyday if neccessary and even stayed in touch with us frequently while he was on vacation. He managed any stressful things on his own, trying not to alarm us unnessarily. He is very good at negotiation and because of that, everyone involved felt they were respected and heard and recieved or paid what was fair. He didn't just stop contact after all sales were final, he continued to stay in communication with us to make sure we were happy. I was in the market to buy a duplex, for rental income, so I really needed an agent that knew rental property, but also knew the neighborhoods I was looking in to. I was fortunate to have been referred to Eric. A friend of mine recommended him after he sold their house last year. They said they encountered many issues with their escrow and they were very impressed with how well Eric stayed on top of things and how well he communicated. With that, I gave Eric a call the next day. We talked on the phone for a good amount of time, and he didn’t make me feel rushed, and he was very experienced with Long Beach and the surrounding areas, since he grew up in the area. We schedule some showings for later in the week, so I could see for myself what was out there. After a week, he showed me a property, that was a great deal and the potential for the property was exactly what I was looking for. From the start of escrow to the end, Eric was communicative, and he kept me on point. About 6 months after I bought the property, Eric even helped me with some home warranty issues I had. Again, very communicative and definitely and advocate on my behalf.

All offers were at asking or at above. One all cash!!! He was always available day and night to answer questions or concerns.
