- Eric never responded to my request
Horrible with communication, horrible with emails, I believe he’s a scam to be honest he took my application fee which was sent to his personal gmail account & never returned any follow up questions I had about the property I was interested in. Beware of these people during your search for rental or homes. They take your money and ghost you!
