Eric was absolutely awesome to work with - again. That's right; he's actually helped us with the purchase of two homes now and we'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Eric was so great to work with the first time around, we recently reached back out to him and couldn't be happier. My wife and I actually initially contacted another realtor for this recent purchase, thinking it was outside of where Eric worked and we were not happy at all. We sent Eric an email one night and he called first thing the very next morning. I wasn't sure if he'd remember us (after 3-4 years) but he remembered me, where I worked, my wife and her family. He's very knowledgeable, open and honest, was willing to take the time to answer any and all questions either my wife or I had, and didn't mind when we'd ask a question he'd already answered. Very patient! Everyone Eric would put us into contact with (lender, home inspector, attorney, and more) were just as solid and seemed to share the same values as he. You'll probably hear from any realtor that he or she works as if they're spending their own money and it may be true; but this is truly shown in Eric's work. Again, we couldn't think of working with anyone other than Eric and we highly recommend him!

Eric is very good at what he does. He takes the time to get to know his people and he tells you straight up what he thinks and what needs to be done. My sister and I highly recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sale a house.

Working with Eric was a wonderful experience especially with being out of State. Every time we came to NC, Eric made the time to show us the homes that were in our wish list even on New Years Eve!!! He then went beyond and showed us the communities which helped us locate the neighborhood that was perfect for us. this was to include food, show, and item of personal interest to us. then the deal came into play.....Eric work hard getting the property secured and was there until the last paper was signed.
