Eric was a realtor I stumbled upon on the internet in around 2002. He walked me and my wife through our first home buying experience. With his patience and knowledge made it a fun and exciting experience. Since then he sold that house for us found us our second house, and just recently sold our second house for us. He negotiated us a huge profit for our second house. I don’t give reviews, but for Eric I’ll make an exception. Over the years he has become more of a friend then a realtor. I can’t say enough about what he’s done for us and our family. Always answers his phone and will help make things better.
