Eric is a life saver! Me and my family had a house fire (the same house Eric sold us) this past weekend; I reached out to him the next day and he did not hesitate to find temporary home for us. Not only was he quick and responsive- he found us a beautiful home, that he knew would be spacious and comfortable for my family of 6. Eric helped my family through a very traumatic event! Eric sold our house in 2 weeks. Initially, my wife and I thought we were stuck and not going to be able to sell. Eric had our house on multiple websites and was first on google search for houses on the market in our area. Although the price of our house was only $192K Eric treated it like a million dollar listing. His professionalism and knowledge of the local market definitely gave us an advantage when negotiating price. He represented us well and fought for us when the going got tough. We worked with Eric to purchase our first home, until we started working with him nothing was going right. We had spent months spinning our wheels then we called Eric... The web portal that his team uses is great allowing us to see a house listing the moment it comes on the market and to mark it as something we were interested in seeing. As a result we were able to see 15 houses on one Saturday. His knowledge of the entire process was also very helpful, He knew we had an FHA loan so if a home did not qualify for an FHA loan he did not waste time looking at it. When we found the home we did purchase we had a few questions about work that had been done to it, the next day he was at city hall checking permits, we were shocked.
