We really appreciate Eric's professionalism and responsiveness to our home buying experience. We are new to Texas. Eric talked with us on the phone before our arrival to understand what kind of home we were looking for. The day after we arrived in San Antonio, Eric took us to home that were right on-target. For 3 straight days, he took us to about 20 homes and on the 4th day, took us back to the 2 homes we were most interested in. We were able to decide to make an offer right then. Eric took care of the details throughout the offer, inspection, and negotiation processes. He even helped us deal with some logistical problems (created by my business travel schedule) for closing. Eric is professional, responsive and truthful; he never told us what we wanted to hear. And he was very helpful in learning about the San Antonio area, restaurants, and places of interest. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

Eric is simply the best and provides fanatical service! We are really tough clients and had a lot of requirements. Eric is excellent to work with. He is efficient in his response time. He sent me weekly reports when my home was on the market. During closing time he additionally provided me weekly updates. He has excellent customer service skills and is down to earth. I will certainly use him on a purchase of a home.
