We were fortunate to be referred to him by a friend when we decided to sell our house here in Menifee. First of all, let me tell you that when I called Eric I told him that my husband and I were just getting started with thinking about putting our house up for sale and that we were not ready to commit to anyone just yet. Eric said he totally respected that and that he would just come by to introduce himself and give us an overall idea of what to expect of the process. Eric created a rental search for us as well as some great homes to purchase. He found a home in the perfect area we wanted to live in.
