I would definetely recommend Erica! We recently purchase a house using VA loan. Because of our work schedule conflict, we had to view the house at random hours mostly late at night but she was very flexible and also accommodated many last minute requests. She always kept good communications with us, if you ask something she will promptly response via text, email or call, even late at night!Also, as we view the houses, Erica pointed out any "red flags" she sees and she gave us her honest opinion about the condition of the house.It was a long journey until we find the house, but Erica was very patient with us. Once we find the house, transaction went very smooth.We had many questions throughout the escrow but erica was extremely helpful. Overall, we were extremely satified with our choice of our agent and thanks Erica for working hard with us until we find our first home!!

There is no one else as like Erica!!! Our home loan was thru the VA lender. Which all the rules and paperwork are confusing for a first time home buyer. Erica was our R/E agent for our home purchase. She will and did go above and beyond her responsibilities. Our lender program was via the use of the VA loan, which of course can be a long and detailed process.
