Erik did a wonderful job negotiating price and working with all my questions with the seller. He directed me to a great mortgage company that tried there best to take me on as a client and helped me out with a referral to a different one when they couldn't.

We were seniors looking for a one level three bedroom home. We requested to start in Mesa, but as Erik got to know us, we looked further North in Scottsdale. Each day we looked, he created an itinerary for us that fit our needs. He always included homes that we requested to see. Not once was he not available to help us.
