As first time buyers my fianc and I needed an agent that would more or less hold our hands through the buying process. We also wanted someone who would be patient and not pressure us into making a quick decision. Erik Wurster ended up getting us into a new build 40+ miles away from his office he was so accommodating and helpful we couldn't have been happier.
