Erika is a very kind spirited individual that worked around my crazy schedule in the legal profession trying to help me find the perfect home. She even made it fun when I was in fear of buying my first home ever. She was very prompt and all responses and always on the ball with everything. She is highly knowledgeable and was always able to answer even my craziest of questions being a virgin homebuyer. She will always be my go to reference if ever I need to purchase a new home or even sell my home.

Erika did a great job assisting me in the home buying process, she stayed in constant contact with me. I got outbid twice for a few preowned homes that I thought, I loved. Erika suggested I buy a new home because I won't have to go through the bidding process and wait to see if they accepted my offer over someone else. A new home is what is really wanted in the first place. I watched it being build and it was and is an awesome, exciting feeling to know that I am the first to live here. Seven months later, I still love my beautiful home.
