I was raised with and retain a very strong work ethic and dedication to my profession and my word. This provides a constant drive to serve my clients at the very highest level. I earned my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) in 2007, my CNE (Certified Negotiating Expert) in 2010, my SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) in 2012, and most importantly, my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) in 2010. The CRS designation is one of the most coveted and difficult real estate certifications to achieve. Less than 4% of all brokers possess this designation, as it requires not only an investment of several thousand dollars in classes, but more importantly requires that the broker meet strict minimum sales requirements within a limited time period.
