Erin was great at walking us through the process of preparing, listing, organizing viewings and open houses. the preparation prior to listing was thoughtful and the research provided by Erin was excellent. The videography, photography and detail on the listings and focused media placement was really good and helped drive out listing to the correct market. Erin worked with other agents to deliver truly interested buyers and we went under contract in a matter of days and closed within 60 days. I believe that Erin's attention and organization was helpful in making the sale a relatively stress free process for us. All in all a wonderful experience.
