We contacted Erin one day when we found a place. She came highly recommended. After reading her reviews we decided to give her a shot, and see if she could help us find our dream home. Erin exceeded all of our expectations. She found us a great home in an amazing neighborhood at an extremely affordable price. Once we decided to go for it, she made the calls the same day to make the arrangements for us to see the property. Erin was able to meet us at short notice, late in the evening to view the property and we knew we were in love. Erin has been very helpful explaining the process and relieved our stress. When we finally got the word we got the house we were a little depressed to think Erin wouldnt be apart of our new adventure, because that meant we wouldnt be talking to her on a regular basis. From day one Erin blew us away. She has amazing energy, shes very enthusiastic, and has incredible work ethic. She was responsive by phone on the holidays when I had concerns and days/nights.
