My situation was a bit of an emergency and I knew I would be a difficult client for Ernesto. I had my needs and my "wants" but financially speaking and due to family compromise, I didn't have the freedom I wish I could have. I was nervous when I reached out to Ernesto because most Realtors, when presented with a list of issues and limitations, are not willing to put the time and effort to something that might not compensate them well. Ernesto, however, did not think of me as a waste of time and he treated me the same way, I believe, as he would treat a client purchasing a 3 million dollar home. All within my budged and the most important thing is that he made sure that my list of "conditions" were met. If something had to be compromised, everything else in the property made up for something I might not have wanted or might not have had. It took 2 weekends to stumble across my new home and I am moving in within a few days. Before finding my new home, I had been pre-approved for a mortgage loan from someone I know well and have known for many years whose career is in the industry. Upon reviewing the DU, Ernesto suggested I got a second opinion providing that the numbers he was seeing were simply too high. He recommended Rene Villa, an amazing mortgage broker Ernesto has worked with in the past. Rene became a member of my team immediately upon speaking with him. I am thankful to Ernesto for suggesting a second opinion and referring Rene to me. My numbers went way down compared to what I had been pre-approved for and I was confident that things would only get better from that point on. My beautiful home is perfect. No major renovations needed, AMAZING location EXACTLY where I wanted to be, low HOA fees, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It took some major negotiating skills from Ernesto for me to get it considering the seller had needs and wants of her own. At the end, we both got what we wanted, seller and I, and I owe it to Ernesto for being diligent and focused throughout the entire process. I was overwhelmed at times but Ernesto made everything go seamlessly. When he noticed me struggling to find a reputable inspection company, he came to the rescue again by referring a company he has worked with in the past as well. I wasnt able to accompany the inspector so Ernesto went in my place. The inspection was done within 4hrs and a report was submitted the same day. The inspector was very detailed on his findings and his company was very budget friendly. Ernesto was my realtor and Go-To guy for everything. He is a 16-year veteran in the real estate business. He has met multiple people whom he works with still and his referrals were the perfect match for me and my budget. Not one of his referrals kept me in the dark on things that needed to be done and what things meant. Ernesto continues to be part of this experience even after the keys were handed to me. I still reach out to him whenever I have a question or need a favor he still answers my phone calls. How amazing is that? Every paperwork was reviewed by him, every communication from sellers realtor with him was discussed with me, every phone call and text message was answered no matter the time of day, and every bump on the road was handled by him. Ernesto never pushed anything on me that didnt benefit me and my family. It has always been about us and what is best for us. I am grateful for him I had a great experience buying my first home and I have no doubt he will do the same for you.
