Esperanza Delagarza

Esperanza is a respected Hispanic female real estate broker in the Tampa Bay area. Esperanza has held her real estate license since 2002 and has owned and operated her own real estate firm since 2007. During high school she worked in retail for many years, acquiring the knowledge of customer service organization and team work. After graduation she started working for the Hillsborough County School District for 12 years, helping non English students learn a second language, English. Esperanza earned her real estate license in December 2002, under a well-known and respected broker in the area. She received her Broker’s license 4 years later in 2006. In January 2007 she opened her real estate firm. Over the years she has helped many people from different countries that have sold and purchased their homes. She has sold many REO, HUD, as well as traditional homes; she has the knowledge of how all closing operate.
