Estrella New

My buyers closed escrow on 1181 La Tortuga Drive in Vista, CA. In dealing with Estrella, the listing agent, we found a level of professionalism and attention to detail that is uncommon in the field. I would highly recommend Estrella in a short sale/REO listing capacity

Buying a home can be a very stressful process. Estrella will calmly assist you through the process with expertise. Her knowledge base and having your best interest at heart are just a few of the assets you will received by choosing her as your real estate agent.

I had the pleasure of working with Estrella on a short sale transaction. I was thrilled to work with Estrella as I had met her before and I knew of her strong ethics from the past. This transaction was wonderful. She catered to both parties, my buyers and her sellers, respectful, with due-diligence and always with a smile. She always answered her phone or returned my calls immediately; Estrella was on top of any paperwork asked of her from the bank and my clients and she was able to successfully close this transaction in record time. When working with Estrella I feel confident that my clients will have their home and will not be stressed throughout the transaction. I hope to work with Estrella on another transaction again.

Estrella was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of selling my home. She made everything go very smooth and easy. I recommend her 100%.

Estrella was very honest from the beginning and always answered all my questions and phone calls in a timely manner. Always on time and very knowledgeable in real estate. She does not pressure you or influence your decision in any form. She informs you very adequately about all the information you should be aware of when buying a home to ensure you are 100% satisfied. I would most definitely recommend Estrella.

Estrella was the listing agent on a short sale my buyers wanted to purchase. I have represented buyers in other short sales, but none of them ran a smoothly as this one. Estrella was on top of every detail, and always had the answers. I learned that she is extremely hard working and very knowledgeable in Real Estates matters. I even contact Estrella now when I have a new buyer, hoping that she has listings within by clients search criteria. I do this because I am confident that Estrella will get the job done and make the escrow a smooth one. It is a pleasure to work with her!

Estrella was professional and knowledgeable in helping us sell our rental property. A service we truly appreciated !!!

Estrella has worked with my family in various occasions and she is the agent that performs in such a manner that you know she is not thinking of commission, she is thinking of the outcome of the transaction and for it to be to the satisfaction of the client. She has also done extra things to the benefit of the client that you wouldnt think that an agent would do. As negotiator she is excellent. I am very comfortable and happy to recommend her again
