The Gina Sharma Team is the best real estate group we have ever used. In our case, that is saying a lot as we have bought and sold 9 homes. We were blown away by everyone's effective role on this team from the initial interview, to the staging, the open house, the handling of the (multiple) offers, and the closers, all of them are knowledgeable & responsive. These qualities plus the extraordinary marketing sold the house (got an offer in less than a week.) Gina placed signs throughout the home notifying buyers of special features, much like one sees in a model home of a new housing community. It was powerful. Gina is great! Very patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. My wife and I bought new construction....empty lot, while we were living abroad. Gina went to review the sites we were considering and video chatted with us on the ones when we narrowed our search. She actually walked the lots to give us a perspective of the layout and the view. In addition, Gina would stop by the house and send pictures and updates on the progress of the home.

It was a real pleasure working with the Gina Sharma Team. All of them were very professional through the entire process. Gina Sharma helped us buy this home 11 years ago. She was amazing! So when it was time to put this house for sale, she was our only choice. She made everything go smoothly. Everything was done on time, staging, pictures, listing, etc. Her whole team assisted us in anything that we needed. They found someone to clean the house before the closing while we were out of town. They even help us find a place to live after the closing. When we were about to move from New York fourteen years ago, we searched the web and picked Gina without any referral from anybody. I flew in and met her. This lady took me all over Atlanta. Gina must have shown me at least fifty homes until I found what I loved. I was amazed at her energy, her patience with me , her honesty,and the things she pointed out to me in buying a house that I never knew, even though that was not our first time buying. We are looking to buy again, this time an investment property and we will call Gina. Her team has grown so big now. I will recommend her to any buyer or seller.

Gina and her team were very professional and responsive. They took the time to make me feel everything was being done in the most effective and careful manner. Early on she ran comps and came up with a selling price which, like most sellers I suppose, I felt was a bit lower than the price I was hoping to receive. In the end, we had three offers all of which came in not at my hoped for price, but all right around what she had accurately predicted. This clearly indicated to me she knew what she was doing.Gina also provided many extra services that helped out a lot. Her stager transformed my home beautifully! and when I needed painters, tile installers, and others she provided the names of top quality professionals who all proved to be very reasonably priced.When It came time to negotiate specifics like what repairs needed to be done as per the buyer's inspection report Gina was able to demonstrate that less than 20% of the requested fixes were warranted. This saved me a great deal of money.In the end, the house took about 120 days to sell. But given that we had offers much sooner than that, and that we were selling in the middle of a rainy winter, I was very happy that all her various marketing efforts optimized traffic and generated the one one thing we were after, a sale
