As a first time home buyer it’s scary. It’s REALLY scary. Like OMG IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING SCARY. I met Eugene through my boss. Instantly i got good vibes from him. Being in sales myself you’re constantly trying to figure people or a situation out. Gene was completely transparent. Almost glass like. He knew almost everything about the business and anything he didn’t know. He always had a reputable associate who knew the answer. I knew what i wanted. He went above and beyond to attain it for me. Even after a few let downs Gene found me a BETTER lender. A BETTER area and of course a BETTER home for LESS than what I’d planned. The guys a standup guy. One who will out work (no matter what time of night or day), and out hustle any other realtor. Gene, thanks for making this easy. I love my HOME!

Eugene is a true professional and goes far beyond the typical listing agent. He was present at open houses and truly knew the upgrades, extras, etc. that were in our home. He kept in touch with us after the open houses and showings and followed up with other realtors. He also gave us realistic evaluation of our home and property. We have used his services twice and will again in the future. Closing was also a breeze with him handling it and recommending the best Title agencies.

Eugene has been helping my family and I for the past 6 months help locate our first home. He has been nothing short of aware and tentative to the needs of my family. We were very satisfied with Eugene and would highly recommend him to others looking to purchase homes in the area. The things that stand out are 1) accessibility at any time, would respond quickly to inquiries and if he did not have an immediate answer, would follow up and get back to us 2) general real estate knowledge and ability to explain the nuances of purchasing a home in Florida to two folks not from the state and 3) his personality, you want to have someone whom you feel comfortable with during the entire process, Eugene made us feel important and comfortable.

Eugene is not one who gets the listing and just hopes the home will sell itself or that some other realtor will bring a buyer. He is a marketer, salesmen, and innovator. He has sold two of our homes in the last ten months. He understands social media and how to promote a property both through social media and in person. I call him the "rocket man" because once he gets your listing he takes off immediately and quickly to move things along. I highly recommend him.

Eugene went above and beyond our expectations as a realtor. He was always available beyond standard work hours and quick to reply. He helped line up contractors for quick repair on our house prior to sale, all of which were professional and reasonably priced. He dealt with a difficult buyer with such ease taking out the stress of selling a home. Hes a grinder and exactly what you want with something so personal to your family when selling or buying a home. Without a doubt, the best to work with!
